#7 Final draft documentation

The final draft of the installation is showcased on the work page. It includes video and photo documentation, as well as an artist statement. The installation is set up in the bedroom. Since the space and resources are really limited at home, I put the microphone farther away, outside the room, to avoid undesired feedback issues. Since I document the work on my own, I decided not to be a participant that make sounds as inputs. The mic picks up the sound from the iPad, on which a TED-Ed video of physicist Brian Greene talking about parallel universes:


The box is placed on a chair and the tape loop system is placed on the floor. The speaker is hung on a wardrobe door, about 3 m away from the chair, which is probably shorter than how far they are supposed to be placed in the actual exhibition. The exterior speaker will be a professional one, instead of the speaker cone I am using for the final draft documentation.
